Our menu reflects bits and pieces of many different nationalities and tastes, just like the borough in which it resides. Our extensive specialty coffee menu is prepared with the industry leading equipment and we feature coffee and espresso from Stumptown Coffee in Portland, Oregon. Stumptown is dedicated to providing the freshest, most unique coffees, roasted by hand in small batches. Believing in the social, environmental, and economic benefits of sustainable business leads them to not only support coffee farms that are committed to the well-being of their workers, land and water, it compells them to be a sustainable business in their own community (and ours!). Creating relationships with coffee farmers allows Stumptown to roast and provide coffee with the finest cup quality, confident that these farms and communities will continue for generations. Stumptown will soon be roasting here in our borough, providing even fresher beans. In the kitchen we pride ourselves on our daily homemade ingredients and a fresh, seasonal menu, along with many classic customer favorites. Our sauces, condiments, and dressings are all homemade and many of our ingredients are organic. We offer many vegatarian and vegan dishes, and all of our coffee drinks can be prepared with dairy or soy. Our desserts come from Vegan Treats and from a rotating list of great local bakeries. What pastries and breads we don’t make in house come from Tomcat Bakery, and we buy our Challah bread from several of the local bakeries on Manhattan Avenue.
